Why Reflexology?

Reflexology is a therapeutic technique that involves working, manipulating and kneading nerve endings on the feet, hands and ears with intention in order to help the body clear blocked energy pathways and to move the flow of blood, nerve impulses and nutrients to ultimately improve a person’s health, balance and well-being.
